I got a case if A entered a contract with B for getting security. Then B in the precontractual agreement guarantee A that all his employees had 5 years experiences and no police record. One day, C invite his friends for drinks and barbeque, then the gas fired barbeque blew up and set fire to almost building and cause millions on damage. With parol evidence rule, can it extend to include the statement made in precontractual agreement?is that be warranty or condition?
I know you must be struggling with English but you must have left out some very important step here, otherwise the answer is obvious. All you have said is that the problem occurred whilst C had invited his friends over for drinks and a barbeque. If that is all that's involved, then A and B have nothing to do with the problem!
