squirrel cage blower?

I am a high school student working on a project to build a small torando simulator. I need a squirrel cage (centerfugal) fan to power it. I would prefer it run on standard 115v US home A/C power (no DC, as I do not have a Power Supply). Where could I find such a fan for little money (<$50). I am looking for a fan with a usable air-output (not a bypass, but rather an actual outlet for the air) and with a cfm approximately equal to a strong vacuum cleaner. (which I guess is around 200 cfm, though I do not know.)

a furnace blower will be a little too big for what you want to do.

most furnace blowers run 800-2000 cfm at .50" water column static pressure.

if you just need about 200-400 cfm you might hit up an HVAC shop for an induced draft blower that you can cob onto, or just go to the hardware store and buy a Electric Leaf Blower.
