$25.00 and a decent cafe late. Why did the pulley wear out? Was it misaligned, or maybe plastic? Modern cars are not built for Long Life!
Get a couple of quotes on the phone, this should be a standard service item with a set fee to repair.
It isn't hard to do, maybe a 1/2" socket and driver, and the parts.
Personally i would probably fix the little things, detail the car thoroughly, and sell it. Buy something with better fuel economy, and safer, don't worry about image, and forget brand loyalty.
