What Engagement Ring Settings Should You Opt For?

Bezel- a metal collar is wrapped around the diamond in the sides to give it more security. but side covering may mar the beauty of the precious stone. Side covering of metal is more useful for diamond having exterior side blemishes.
Channel- this type of engagement ring settings is done for smaller diamonds to set them into a channel. It provides more protection to diamond, mostly round shaped ones.
Pave- this one should be chosen for dazzling impression. Half or full ring metal is studded with diamonds. This gives the impression that the ring is made of diamond.
Cluster- if your interest is in figural designs like flower and butterfly, cluster setting allows for presenting of multiple stones. But this type of setting is more used for semi-precious stones rather than diamonds. You can create a larger gem by assembling smaller ones closed to each other.

Quality setting
A quality engagement ring setting will be the one that protects the diamond firmly on the ring metal. Usually, platinum is preferred as it is stronger than gold. White hue of platinum is a perfect back drop for the diamond to enhance its glitter.
Your bride-to-be should also like the ring. That will be ensured if the style of diamond molding is done in traditional or latest trends as per her choice.

To customize you Blackberry Profile rings and Alerts
From the BB main screen locate the Profiles icon(if its hidden, select the BB Menu key to the left of the trackball and select "SHOW ALL")
Select Profiles
Scroll to the Bottom and select Advanced...
Highlight the current (Active) profile and Select the BB Menu key
Select Edit and there you go
