I am launching a whiskey brand and want to know the legal aspects of distribution, ie, do i need a distributor
I believe that I would do all of the marketing and selling, but that a distributor would have to actually sell the whiskey. Do I need a distributor in every state I sell in? Who stores the whiskey, me or my distributor? Any info on the legal and structural aspects of selling whiskey would help. Thanks

Im trying to create a circuit for school which activates for a period of time when a motion crosses a sensor?
I have to find a SIMPLE circuit that i can make that will power a motor when a laser beam is triggered/broken! After a set period i need the circuit to be reset!!
Any ideas?
use a correct amperage relay to start the motor, have the laser beam wires go to a timer, the timer wires trigger the relay on, then the timer will time out and the motor relay will go off.

These damages may result to the replacement of the whole patio furniture including the patio cushions as well because the parts are usually not replaced. This is more applicable to the wooden patio furniture.
The process of wear and tear of our wooden outdoor furniture could be ignored only if we know how to do it. Some very basic precautions that should be taken by all owners of the outdoor furniture or even wicker patio furniture are as follows:
First among these is that all wooden pieces should be sealed with a wooden sealer. The main purpose of wooden sealers is that they help maintain the integrity of the wood by preventing it from warping. After the first few layers of paint is applied to the wood a layer of wood sealer should also be applied.
Wood sealer can be applied as per the requirement, it could either be sprayed or could be used as paint directly to the wood through a brush and they are available in cans. Both the methods are efficient and effective. In case you want to save time then spraying is the best option.
Even old patio furniture like the wooden frames of patio umbrellas can still be protected. Just scrape off the old paint and smoothen it out with sand paper. Then apply a fresh coat of paint and after the paint has totally dried you can now apply a fresh coat of wood sealer.
For the parts that are made of metal application of vegetable oil can also be affective. The damage caused by the moisture is prevented by the use of vegetable oil. Metals have always been very vulnerable to rusting, so to prolong the life of the metal parts vegetable oil is an important content. Oil forms a coat on the metal - this does not allow rainwater to reach in. The metal nuts, bolts and hinges may require this protection.
Keep those outdoor furniture and patio heaters away from too much heat and moisture. Any furniture if exposed to the elements for long periods of time can cause its early deterioration. It is therefore important to keep these items in a shade or even inside the house when it is not to be used for long periods of time. And preferably once the are stored for safekeeping they should have some furniture cover to help it against unnecessary scratches and damages.
The moment you see cracks in your furniture, seal it with putty. Putty would prevent the crack from becoming large and wide. Once the putty dries, apply paint and sealer over it. The three layers together protect the furniture.
Lastly, remember to apply a fresh coat of paint on your furniture every three years, at least. Since most patio furniture have been exposed to the weather elements all the time, they end up having peeled and faded paint. Hence repaint the patio furniture regularly. This is also an excuse to go for a changed color scheme every few years.

When I am taking off the nuts on my toilet's J- bolts to remove toilet, the J bolts are twisting. WDID?
the nuts are tight against the toilet and both nut and bolt are turning......won't loosen....help
Use a hack-Saw Blade to cut a slot into the top center of the bolt,(doesn't matter if you cut into the nut too). Then use a slotted screwdriver to hold the bolt while you turn the nut.
If that doesn't work, try pulling up against the toilet as you turn the nut. It may cause the bolt to jam into some thing below.
If that doesn't work, put a couple layers of duct tape around nut, on the porcelain, then carefully hacksaw off the nuts and bolts.

Once you have your LCD TV home, you now have to concern yourself with how to install a wall mounted LCD TV. Wall mounting, because of the space saving factor of it and the way it prevents your television from dominating the room, is a very popular way of displaying it.
One way to get it installed is to use a professional. Obviously, someone from the store or an electronics store is going to be able to install the TV efficiently and correctly. First Things First
Once you have an idea of where you would like to mount your LCD TV, you need to get a stud finder. How to install a wall mounted LCD TV doesn't matter if you don't put it in the right place. User your stud finder to make sure the wall mount is put into a stud. This is the only way you will be able to make the television safely stable on your wall.
Anchors Away
Once you find the studs and have marked the mounting location, you are ready to put up the wall mount. The wall mount will need to be screwed into the wall at as many points as possible. The more points of anchor, the less weight is on each individual mounting spot. Hide Cables

What is a good way to use the space under a wall-mount bathroom sink?
My apartment bathroom has a wall-mount sink. There is no cabinet underneath. In fact there is basically nothing underneath except pipes. I'd like to put something under there (perhaps a shelf set?) to make use of that space as storage for standard bathroom items. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Make a skirt to attach to the sink with velcro. And you can find some shelving to go under the sink to keep your cleaning stuff, etc. Like some slide out shelves or a little cart.
Or you could see if your landlord would install a vanity. Offer to split the cost. Or if you are handy (or know someone who is), offer to do it, if they will buy the new sink and vanity.
